Selina brings more than 14 years’ experience advising senior executives on complex financial, operational and strategic decisions across the public sector. Selina is known for her ability to quickly diagnose issues, translate comprehensive analysis into actionable options, tactfully navigate political sensitivities, and support decision makers to secure funding. Her scope of work has included advising on projects as small as $1 million, to multi-billion dollar initiatives.

She has frequently been recognized, including by Cabinet members, for quality in presentation. Her advice is tailored to diverse audiences that include executive leadership, central agencies, and governing bodies. Through an inclusive and collaborative approach, she has built trusted relationships across the public sector and with delivery partners.

Selina holds a BSc in Financial Math and Economics, and an MA in Economics.

Outside of work, Selina enjoys travelling with her family, dancing ballet, and playing the piano. She is a proud mother and rescue-dog mom.
